Refund Policy

ULMHost provides all new customers with a 1-Month Free Trial to evaluate our hosting services before making a purchase. This allows customers to test the quality and performance of our services before committing to a paid plan.

Services Eligible for Refund

Refunds are available for the following services:

1. Shared Hosting
2. Reseller Hosting
3. Master Reseller Hosting
4. Alpha Reseller Hosting

Refund Eligibility

• Customers must submit a cancellation request within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
• Refunds are only applicable to the first payment made for an eligible hosting service.
• Approved refunds will be issued according to the amount paid by the customer.
• Refund requests submitted after the 7-day refund period will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds:

1. Upgraded Hosting Plans
2. Hosting Plan Renewals

Free Trial Restriction

ULMHost offers a 1-Month Free Trial to all new customers so they can evaluate our services before purchasing.

If a customer has previously used the ULMHost Free Trial, they will Not be Eligible for Any Refund on any subsequent purchase, even if the refund request is submitted within the 7-day refund period.

Since the customer has already been given an opportunity to evaluate the service, all purchases made after using the Free Trial are considered final and non-refundable.

Refund Denial Conditions

ULMHost reserves the right to deny refund requests under the following circumstances:

1. The refund request is submitted after the 7-day refund period.
2. The customer has previously used the ULMHost Free Trial.
3. The service has been renewed.
4. The hosting plan has been upgraded from an existing service.
5. The customer has violated our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable laws.

Service Cancellation

To qualify for a refund, customers must submit a cancellation request within the 7-day refund period.

Failure to cancel the service within the specified period will result in the customer becoming ineligible for a refund.
